Is Commuteco running now?

Yes. Three routes run every weekday: Sithalapakkam ⇄ Perungudi, Kolapakkam ⇄ Zoho, Estancia IT Park (Maraimalai Nagar) and Siruseri ⇄ IIT Madras.

How much does it cost?

The Monthly Pass covers 22 rides and is priced by your distance: ₹2,750 up to 10 km, ₹3,300 up to 20 km, ₹4,400 up to 30 km, ₹5,060 up to 40 km and ₹5,500 up to 50 km. No surge, and you know the cost before the month starts.

Where do you pick me up?

At your gate. Rides are door-to-door: we pick you up at home and drop you at your office. You get a heads-up 5 minutes before pickup and can watch your shuttle arrive live in the app.

What time do the routes run?

Monday to Friday. Each route has its own morning and evening timings, listed on the Routes page. Your exact pickup time is set for your address and route, and shown in the app when you book.

What if my ride is late?

Routes are timed for on-time arrivals. If traffic slows your ride, live tracking in the app shows you exactly where it is.

Can I ride only one way?

Yes. Book the morning ride, the evening ride or both, day by day in the app.

Is it safe for women travelling alone?

Safety is built in. Drivers are background-verified, every trip is GPS-tracked with an in-app SOS, you check in when you board and check out when you're dropped, and you can share your live ride with family.

My area isn't on a route yet. Can you add one?

Very likely. We plan routes around where riders actually live and work. Message us on WhatsApp with your home and office, and we'll tell you as soon as a route near you opens.

Can I cancel or change my route?

Yes. You can switch routes, pause or cancel from the app. Cancel at least 48 hours before your first ride under a booking or pass to be eligible for a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Do you offer plans for companies?
